研究了一种基于软件补偿结合恒流源补偿的改进温度补偿方法,应用单片机、恒流源、数字温度传感器、乘法器等硬件电路,对传统软件补偿进行了优化,补偿效果较传统恒流源补偿有了明显提升,“温漂”整体下降了约13.7%。在传统的温度补偿方法如热敏元件补偿、恒流源补偿、软件补偿等方式上做了补充,对于霍尔电流传感器精度的提升及实际生产需求的满足有重要意义。 相似文献

The aim of the present study was to determine mathematical relationships between pH changes in beef 24 h post-slaughter and changes in the intensity of electrical current flowing through bull and heifer carcasses during high-voltage electrical stimulation. The electrical stimulation was applied 40 min postmortem for 120 s. The pH values of m. longissimus thoracis et lumborum were analyzed in the function of electrical current intensity changes and its change during electrical stimulation. Mathematical linear correlations of the y = ax ± b type were demonstrated between pH values at 2, 6, and 24 h postmortem and the initial (Ii) and ultimate (Iu) electrical current intensity values, the difference between them and the initial pH values determined before electrical stimulation. High multiple correlation coefficients (R2 = 0.416, α ≤ 0.001) between Iu and pH values 24 h post-slaughter enabled concluding that there is a possibility to predict a pH value of stimulated carcass with high accuracy, and thus also beef quality, based merely on the ultimate electrical current intensity values. 相似文献

This study focuses on the asynchronous control problem for two‐dimensional discrete‐time hidden Markovian jump systems where the mode observation conditional probability matrix is partly known. Considering the original system modes are invisible, the observed modes emitted from an observer serve as an alternative for stability analysis and controller design where a mode observation conditional probability matrix is constructed to characterize the emission between system modes and observed modes. Specially, only partly known information of the mode observation conditional probability matrix is accessible. With the introduction of the free‐connection weighting matrices, the asymptotic mean square stability criterion is firstly derived based on Lyapunov method. This introduction provides a further degree of relaxation and less conservatism is therefore achieved. Secondly, we present synthesis conditions for asynchronous state feedback controller design given in terms of a set of interconnected linear matrix inequalities. Moreover, cluster concept based on the partitions of observed modes is adopted which helps to decrease the number of controllers and simplify the design complexity. A numerical example, regarding the cases with and without clustering of the observed modes, is presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper presents an innovative approach that uses a pulse-profile to improve the welding quality of CP1180 steel in resistance spot welding process. Three pulses with two cooling times were used in the developed multi-pulse welding (MPW) schedule. The experimental results show that the first pulse increases the contact area between the sheets to improve the current flow pattern. The second pulse was designed to extend the sheet-to-sheet contact area and corona bond for preventing rapid nugget growth. Using these designs, the nugget size was maximised through the third pulse. The maximum nugget size using the designed MPW schedule was 18.5% greater than that of the single-pulse welding schedule and the weldable current range was extended by 130%. 相似文献

(Pb1-xLax) (Zr0.92Ti0.08)1-x/4O3 (PLZT x/92/8, x = 3, 5 and 7 at%) ceramics with compositions near the antiferroelectric (AFE)-ferroelectric (FE) phase boundary were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method. The effect of lanthanum content on the conduction behaviors and relaxation processes has been investigated. It was verified that the main phase with orthorhombic structure was formed in all compositions. The increase of lanthanum substitution resulted in an enhancement of diffuse phase transition. Impedance analysis suggested that the ac conductivity decreased with increasing lanthanum content. Moreover, thermally stimulated depolarization current study was utilized to establish the correlation between defect structures and relaxation processes. It showed three peaks with distinct characteristics, which originated from dipole orientation, oxygen vacancy migration and phase transition respectively. The oxygen vacancy-related defects induced by lanthanum doping were mainly responsible for the variation of conduction behaviors and relaxation processes. 相似文献

Under the tensile loading, the damage of metals in the corrosive medium is the most destructive and harmful. In this study, the stress corrosion cracking behavior of H-charged high-strength steel in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution after electropulsing treatment was investigated. The experimental results from elongation, yield strength, fracture morphology, and polarization curves all demonstrate the positive effect of the pulsed processing, as it reduced the susceptibility of steel to stress corrosion cracking by removing hydrogen by electropulsing. The reduction in hydrogen content of the pulsed high–strength steels was attributed to electromigration and increased system free energy, which drove the hydrogen atoms in the steel to de–trap and reduced the susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking. 相似文献

In this letter, the optimal rational approximation of fractional-order bandpass Butterworth filter (FOBBF) is presented. The transfer function of the FOBBF is decomposed into a multiplication of first-order and second-order terms. As a result, the design stability conditions can be easily satisfied using only the variable boundary constraints. The proposed technique generalizes the symmetric fractional-order roll-off characteristic as only a special case of the asymmetric one.
